NORD does not work with any 3rd party hotel booking agencies. Please only book your hotel room via the link provided here or by calling the hotel directly.
Rooms are available for a rate of $369/night plus taxes and fees via the NORD Summit Room Block. All reservations must be made no later than September 22, 2024
Please note the hotel cancellation policy: Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax.

Parking Details
Hourly parking rate including tax at the Marriott Marquis are as follows:
- 0-3 hours/$35
- 3-6 hours/$45
- 6-12 hours/$55
- 12-24 hours/$65
Overnight parking is $65 inclusive for overnight / +$10 for oversized vehicles.
Substitution and Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations received in writing on or before 14 business days before the event start date will be refunded, less a $399 administrative charge. No refunds will be made after October 1, 2024. Your registration may be transferred to another member of your organization up to 24 hours in advance of the NORD Breakthrough Summit.
In case of a conference cancellation beyond our control*, you will receive a refund for your conference registration fee only. NORD reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.
Please Note: Speakers and agenda are subject to change. In the event of a speaker cancellation, every effort to find a suitable replacement will be made.
