In-Person Attendee

Pre-Event:

NORD Breakthrough Summit App: Build your agenda and schedule 1:1 meetings with other attendees even before the conference begins to plan your networking in advance.

During The Event:

  • Event Sessions: Access to all general sessions and breakout sessions during the event.
  • Meals: Enjoy breakfast, snacks, and lunch on October 21 and 22
  • Receptions: Attend the conference Welcome Reception on October 20 and the Networking and Poster Hall Reception on October 21.
  • Networking Opportunities: Ample opportunities to connect with thought leaders, sponsors, exhibitors, and other stakeholders throughout the event.

Post-Event:

NORD Breakthrough Summit App: Continue to use the app for session content and follow-up meetings and networking with contacts made during the conference.

Virtual Attendee

Pre-Event:

NORD Breakthrough Summit App: Access the agenda and plan to attend sessions, learn about speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and tour the poster hall.

During The Event:

  • Live Streaming: Live streaming of general sessions during the in-person event.
  • Virtual Networking: Schedule 1:1 online meetings through the Summit app

Post-Event:

  • Recorded Sessions: Access to recorded sessions in conference tracks
  • Speaker Materials: Recorded presentations and PDFs of speaker slide decks available until December 1, 2024.
  • NORD Breakthrough Summit App: Access the materials Until December 1, 2024.

Substitution and Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations received in writing on or before 14 business days before the event start date will be refunded, less a $399 administrative charge. No refunds will be made after October 1, 2024. Your registration may be transferred to another member of your organization up to 24 hours in advance of the NORD Breakthrough Summit.

In case of a conference cancellation beyond our control*, you will receive a refund for your conference registration fee only. NORD reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.

Please Note: Speakers and agenda are subject to change. In the event of a speaker cancellation, every effort to find a suitable replacement will be made.

* Events beyond our control include severe weather conditions, natural and man-made disasters and any other similar events.
